Learn antimicrobials by playing
5 games for BCPS and BCIDP prep. Play the first levels free on your laptop or phone, in light or dark mode, with no download. Members play every level of every game.
Microbe League
Do rounds across four rotations. Read the clues, identify the bug, then send in the narrowest drug that works. Beat each attending to unlock new drugs, but go too broad and the bugs evolve.
Virus Fight
Throw antivirals at influenza, herpesviruses, hepatitis B and C and COVID-19. Then take on the HIV boss: one drug alone and it mutates, so build a regimen that knocks it out.
Bacteria Fight
Put a bug in the ring and throw antibiotics at it. The drug of choice knocks it out, partial activity injures it, resistance gets kicked out, and overkill blasts the normal flora in the crowd too.
RxBlueprint: Code Blueprint
Run the central pharmacy of a hospital. Culture, pick empiric therapy, send it by pneumatic tube, narrow when the lab is back, and keep resistance from taking over the wards.
Bug Defense
Zombie bugs are heading for your patient. Pick the right antibiotic for each one before it gets through. Narrow first-choice drugs score most; broad spectrum is overkill.
