Bacteria Fight

Pick a bug, then throw antibiotics at it. The drug of choice knocks it out, a drug with some activity injures it, and a drug it resists gets kicked out of the ring. A drug that's far broader than needed blows up the arena and takes out the good bugs in the crowd too. Every throw tells you why.

Knockout: preferred choice Injured: active, not preferred Kicked out: no reliable activity Blast: works, but far too broad, so the good bugs go too
