Virus Fight

Pick a virus, then throw antivirals at it. The drug of choice knocks it out, a drug with some activity injures it, and a drug it resists gets kicked out. A drug that works but is far more toxic than needed takes out the healthy cells in the crowd too. HIV is the boss: you can't beat it with one drug, so build a regimen and throw it all at once.

Knockout: preferred choice Injured: active, not preferred Kicked out: no reliable activity Overkill: works, but far more toxic than needed
