Question Banks Built for How Pharmacists Really Practice
RxBlueprint was founded by practicing hospital clinical pharmacists with a simple aim: to give candidates the preparation we wished we had. We began with the Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) examination and are expanding to other specialty certifications, including infectious diseases (BCIDP) and geriatrics (BCGP), as well as the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) MCQ and, in time, an AI-integrated OSCE preparation experience.
Many candidates do not need another full-length prep course. They need a question bank that tests them the way the exam, and real practice, will. Yet many existing question sets lean on straightforward recall items that build confidence without building clinical judgment. Our questions are written as realistic patient cases, aligned with current international guidelines, with rationales that explain why each option is right or wrong.
Every question stem, therapeutic decision, and rationale is authored and peer-reviewed by board-certified clinical pharmacists practicing in tertiary care. By focusing on what genuinely moves your preparation forward, and keeping everything else lean, we can offer comprehensive, clinically rigorous practice that respects both your time and your investment.

Looking Ahead
Knowing the right answer is only part of practice. Real encounters ask you to listen, reason, and communicate under pressure, and that is exactly what performance-based exams such as the OSCE assess. Our long-term vision is to bring that same realism to preparation: immersive, scenario-based learning that lets pharmacists rehearse clinical encounters and receive meaningful feedback, thoughtfully supported by AI and always guided by our clinical pharmacists.
We also see a role for this kind of learning beyond individual exam preparation, and we welcome conversations with colleges, universities, and health systems interested in new ways to train their students and pharmacists.
