1. The service

RxBlueprint provides online practice questions and study resources for the BCPS examination. It is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Using RxBlueprint does not guarantee any exam result.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. Accounts are personal: you may not share your login, resell access, or let anyone else use your account. We may suspend accounts that show signs of sharing or automated access.

3. Purchases and access

Plans are one-time payments that give access for the period you buy (1, 6 or 12 months). Buying again while access is active adds the new period after your current end date. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Content and acceptable use

All questions, cases, rationales and other materials are owned by RxBlueprint and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only. You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, scrape, download in bulk, publish, or share the content, or use automated tools to access it. Content pages carry a personal watermark.

5. Clinical disclaimer

Content is for exam preparation only and is not medical advice. Always use current guidelines, product labelling and your professional judgement in patient care.

6. Changes and availability

We update questions as evidence changes and may change features. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may end access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
